Running tracks up tp 2,300 m
The natural jogging track, its slopes and the changing ground have a very special training effect. In addition to physical condition and endurance trail running in South Tyrol also strengthens your coordination ability and the concentration power. With 20 varied and well-marked running routes of all difficulty levels you will find excellent conditions in the Running Park Seiser Alm. The routes go up to altitudes of 2,300 m. But you can also quite comfortably run at an altitude of around 1,000 m around the villages Seis, Kastelruth and Völs. And even for beginners there is a suitable route.
The Rosengarten Schlern Sky Marathon
The Rosengarten Schlern Sky Marathon takes place in summer. This is a marathon race in alpine terrain that circles the Rosengarten massif. The start is Tiers - St. Zyprian at about 1,100 metres above sea level. The highest point is the Grasleiten Pass at 2,610 metres above sea level. The Rosengarten Schlern Sky Marathon takes place in a unique setting in the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site and is aimed at all nature and running enthusiasts with the necessary athletic preparation. Available in 2 versions with a length of 45 or 36 km and 3,000 or 2,000 metres in altitude.
