Experience a special gourmet pleasure with us that combines tradition and innovation. Our cuisine combines lovingly preserved local recipes with the unique aromas of Italy. Carefully selected ingredients from the region and the Mediterranean ensure unmistakable taste experiences – creative, authentic and prepared with great passion.

Breakfast enjoyment from 07:30-10:30 a.m.

A new day begins – awakened by the first light and the gentle chirping of birds at 1,120 metres above sea level. After a restful night, you can enjoy a breakfast at Dosses that leaves nothing to be desired. Whether sweet or savoury – at our lovingly compiled buffet you will find everything that makes a good breakfast: homemade baked goods, fresh fruit and vegetables, regional sausage and cheese specialities, as well as egg dishes freshly prepared at our show kitchen. On warm days, our terrace invites you to have breakfast outdoors.

For a small snack in between

Daily from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. we serve our afternoon "Merende" – a loving selection of homemade cakes and fresh salads. Ideal after a hike through the Dolomites or as a sweet break in between.

In our newly designed dining room, alpine charm meets elegance. In the evening, we serve you a finely tuned selection of dishes, inspired by traditional South Tyrolean recipes and Mediterranean lightness – modernly interpreted and lovingly prepared. We mainly use regional ingredients of the highest quality: fresh products from local farmers, aromatic mountain herbs, and seasonal specialities. We accompany this with selected South Tyrolean and Italian wines, which stylishly complement every menu and round off the evening with enjoyment.

We are proud to be part of the community project "Bergler Acker" – an initiative of dedicated businesses from Tiers who are committed to sustainable agriculture and regional supply. In an ecologically managed community garden, we grow fresh vegetables together in careful mixed cultivation. True to the 0-km principle, the harvest comes directly to our kitchen without detours – fresh, aromatic, and with full transparency. In this way, we not only ensure outstanding freshness and quality on the plate but also take responsibility – for nature, biodiversity, and the people in our region.
